The Federal Junior Duck Stamp Design Contest competition is an annual educational program and art contest, focusing on wetland and waterfowl conservation. The contest is for K-12 Illinois students enrolled in public, private or home schools or private art studios. Entries must be postmarked by March 15th each year.
